Unity: Welcome Home Outreach Program
Services: Criteria: on the streets, in a shelter (they will be encouraged to stay and receive case managment services). A caseworker will be assigned to find them and verify homelessness. They will then are assessed and enter another Unity program. Process can take 7-10 days. UNITY is no longer taking clients at their location – strictly outreach.

Services: provides transitional housing for women over age 18, including women with children and pregnant women who are dealing with homelessness; this shelter only takes women and children after they have been referred by UNITY.
